     Santa Ynez is a residential area in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Our goal is to give our residents and visitors a combination of resort and community vibes while here. We are family friendly and MyStory compatible.

     We want to offer a relaxing yet active experience. Our Hospital/Clinic  provides care for all along with enhanced roleplay features. DeMarco's Cafe & Wine Bar offers great food in a beautiful atmosphere. We are an Allen Bar & Grill Affiliate. The community is a 420 friendly community which includes a store for all of your needs including alcoholic beverages and more.

We have decorated vacation homes. All are private and have their own security system. For tours or more information please contact us. We have plenty of amenities to offer our renters.
